The theme that I was assigned is basketball. I am supposed to set up a site that offers three basketball camps. There needs to be a registration form and fees associated with the camp. I am including a former assignment, to help with understanding of where we recently were in the course.

Database input and output (the ability to add information into a database and extract information from a database)

is user enter wrong info, they should be notified and given a chance to correct info
Keep good commenting and include a word document stating how you met the requirement listed above and where they were met
