Once an EOI has been received, one of our talent specialist staff contacts them to invite them for an initial interview, which is what we are doing right here, right now. This will allow us to have a better understanding of an applicant’s interests. Almost all of applicants accept to attend this interview and then we conduct the interview in our section.
As next step, if our team decides that an applicant is meeting our employment criteria, then we will ask them to complete the application form. The form lets applicants to tell us about who they are, their skills and experiences. Applicants are asked to submit the form along with their full CV, academic transcript and recommendation letters. Applicants must ensure that they complete this step within a deadline. If the applicant does not meet our employment criteria (as a result of initial meeting), then they will be notified by our talent manager and the process will finish there for that application.

As next step, we receive the completed application form and supporting document from the applicant. A talent specialist will check the application package for completeness. If the application is complete, then we will start our certification assessment process which is a whole process by itself and we spare you the details. If the application is not complete, then we desk‐reject the application and the process will be terminated here, since we are looking for people with high precision and attention to details.
Once certification assessment is completed, then the application will be reviewed by our talent manager. While our talent manager is reviewing the applicant’s work experience, we contact the referees for their recommendation about the applicant. The application processing will go ahead after communication with referees is done and when our talent manager has reviewed the applicant’s work experience.
Once we have checked the referee recommendations and talent manager has reviewed the work experience, the application will go through to the next stage. We will send you a link to complete the video interview. The video interview will first be reviewed by our talent specialist team (us) and will then be reviewed by our talent manager. If the manager approves the successful applicant, then we will notify you of your next step, which is inviting you to an online assessment. If the manager does not approve the applicant’s video interview, then the application is rejected with a notification sent to client and process is finished right there.
If successful, we will conduct an online assessment. This stage of assessment will give us a great understanding of your capabilities. The next step is to have a face to face interview with our Hiring Manager. The hiring manager will use a special technique in this interview that will give us a more profound understanding of your abilities.
As the last stage, Hiring manager and talent manager will hold a “decision meeting” together with us in Hiring manager’s office. We discuss all the details in this meeting and reach to a consensus about each applicant. If the applicant is successful with us, then our Hiring manager will create a job offer package and at the same time we send a notification to applicant re their success. The offer package will then be reviewed by talent manager and after that we will send the offer package to applicant. The process continues with receiving the response from applicant. If applicant accepts the job offer, then we will refer the applicant to HR and then will update our application database and then process is completed on our counter. If the applicant rejects the job offer for any reason, we will update our application database and will save applicant’s assessment details in our talent database for future. We will hold a reflection meeting and the process is then completed at this point. We will start processing other applicants’ applications when they are received. After the “decision meeting”, if the applicant is considered unsuccessful, then our hiring manager will update the database himself and the process is completed by a notice sent to applicant regarding the outcome.
