The company, was established in 2008 already has global presence in other countries: Brazil, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Mexico, Mongolia, Nigeria, Russia, Thailand, and Uzbekistan.
As an international management consultant, you have been hired to evaluate issues relating to intercultural communication, culture, and work ethics.
In a well-developed and supported research report, discuss the following
· Discuss some approaches to managing diversity. What are the advantages and may be challenges of each?
· Are there any diversity experiences and relationships with respect to differences such as gender, race, and nationality amongst these countries?
· What roles, if any, do diverse culture play in these aspects? Give examples.
· Explain communication strategies that could be used by the multinational teams.
