Carefully read the selected articles in the course content for Week three and use the organizational chart you created in Week two to describe your choice of the type of the organization, characteristics of the organization’s culture, its associated values that would be important to keep the culture alive, and the types of organizational structures that work best for the culture you selected. Compare and contrast them in your explanation of the organizational chart. For instance, what culture might work best for the Jordan shoe company you reviewed in Week two?
