This project is designed to make you consider the impact of generational differences and how each age group impacts the workforce.  I want you to look at two generations.  I want you to answer all of the questions below and write a paper that addresses all the questions regarding your own generation.  Then I want you to look at one other generation.  Perhaps this could be a parents’ or a child’s age generation.  I want you to compare and contrast each generation and consider how they interact together.  This paper will require some research on your part and you must cite all of your examples.  Answer all of the questions below in the form of an essay and then cite all of your research. ·         Requirements o   Paper must be a minimum of two pages, double spaced, 12pt font.  It must also have traditional 1 inch margins.  This is not an English class, but I do require you to edit your paper, spell check, and double check your grammar as this is a 200 level course.  o   Must cite your work with a minimum of three sources.  You may use textbooks, articles, or reliable online resources.  Easybib.com is a great resource for helping cite your work. o   Paper must consider two of the following generations, one being your own. §  G.I.
