I need a research proposal containing the below-listed elements for this statement:
“I would like to discuss how IS has positively impacted the roles of human resource professionals. Specifically, I would like to look at data storing and how having this information stored in an HRIS system helps human resource professionals become better partners for the managers they work with.”

defined a realistic scope – not too large that it cannot be done within the time frame yet large enough that it is worthy of credit
