Choose two two (2) domains that you would like to explore in this life stage from the three we have studied

(physical, cognitive or psychosocial domains). and. write 1000 word 

the chosen domain are cognitive and psychosocial domains

Identify and discuss one (1) developmental characteristic of early childhood from each of the domains you

have chosen. This means you will discuss two characteristics. They will not be from the same domain.

Analyse how relevant theory can assist with our understanding of these two developmental characteristics that

you have chosen.

Discuss the different influences on the development of these characteristics using Bronfenbrenner’s ecological

systems theory.

Include a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed articles and/or books. If you use reputable websites such as

those of universities, government, and non-government agencies, these should be in addition to your three (3) peer-reviewed sources because they are considered ’grey’ material.
