Sarah works at a small accounting firm. The firm's handbook contains the following policy: Employees are prohibited from discussing their salary, bonuses, or any other forms of compensation, including benefits and vacation t1me. Sarah is very careful not to violate the policy but, after she becomes married to her co-worker Bill, Sarah realizes that her salary is 20 percent less than Bill's salary.
