Affordable Care Act
TOPIC: Please Evaluate The Health Care Reform Law (The Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act) Signed By President Obama On March 23, 2010.
Based On The Documentation You Are Provided, You Need To Assess Both Its (A) First Paragraph- Strengths of Affordable Care act (B) Second Paragraph Weaknesses of Affordable Care Act C) Third Paragraph How You Would Improve It, This is the most important part, You must give actual solutions that could help the affordable care act (D) Fourth Paragraph Finally, You Should Take A Clear Stand, Indicating Whether You Do Or Do Not Support The Law And Why You Hold The Position You Do.
Your first and second sections 1st and 2nd Paragraphs (strengths and weaknesses) should be at least 600 words long; the third section Third paragraph (improvements) should be at least 800 words long. This requirement stems from the fact the paper is an exercise in critical thinking and problem-solving, not simply asserting a view-point on a controversial subject. You need to present thoughtful points in all three sections.
This also means, in the fourth section 4th Paragraph (your opinion), that you need to take a clear position on whether or not you support the law and why. If you see good and/or bad in the law, then explain in some detail your position and why you hold the position you do. Being vague or “waffling” will affect your grade. Be clear, detailed, and precise. This section should be at least 500 words long.
You should make reference, in your paper, to all the documents listed below! You will not use any other sources except for the sources LISTED! I will give the websites with each articles link, these again are the ONLY sources to be used in the PAPER and ALL of the sources MUST BE USED!
In EACH Paragraph, YOU will HAVE a MAIN POINT which will be HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW, Then you will have 3 THEMES in EACH Paragraph, and they will BE BOLDED, under each theme you will have your supporting details. AGAIN the COLORS must be USED, this will help keep the paper flowing, and be well constructed.
Here are the ONLY sources to be used: The first 3 sources are overviews of the affordable Care Act
Here are the 3 sources for the PROs of the affordable care act
Here are the CON sources that must be used
Again ALL of the sources must be used, and NO OUTSIDE sources besides the ones listed.
