I never want my employees to feel like they are obligated to work under my standards because then I will lose employees and no longer have a business. I can make changes to my policies and always have group meetings to hear others opinions ads to how they feel about the policy in order to bring team collaboration within the company.

Could there be risk that a willingness to change policies and not insist they work under your standards be misinterpreted as the leader lacking ethical convictions? If so, how would you correct such a misperception? (In a 150 words or more).
