I have a case study. I want to analyze it and give  strategical recommendations  for it from the HR prospective. The analysis must follow the requirements.
1.  Six pages long, double spice, Times New Roman 12 size.
2. The first page is about the important background from the case.
3. The second and third pages are about analyzing the situation and facts and SWOT analysis based on  the case itself.
4. The forth , fifth and half of the sixth page  are about at least four strong and effective recommendations.
5. The last half page is about the conclusion.
