For this week, create a guide for yourself on how to implement EFFT when working with a family when needing to support identifying tasks, interventions, and goals for a family. Your guide should highlight how you will promote secure attachment using the following steps:
· Access the underlying feelings and attachment needs.
· Reframe the problem in terms of the unmet attachment needs.
· Promote the acceptance of the others’ emotional experiences.
· Facilitate the expression of attachment needs and creating new interactional responses.
· At the end of your guide, include a one-paragraph reflection on your personal reactions to implementing EFFT. Include any questions or concerns about implementing this model.
