Using specific examples from both your textbook and from Martin Luther King, Jr.’s 1967 speech, discuss (1) the immorality of U.S. actions in Vietnam; (2) the connections between U.S. actions in Vietnam and racial & economic inequality in the United States; and (3) why – in the end – the war against Vietnam was not “winnable.” Submit an “original” post of at least 500 words; then submit a “reply” post of at least 250 words by the required due dates listed. Your posts should reflect – in your own words – that you have studied and understand both Dr. King’s powerful speech and the history of the war in Vietnam provided in your textbook.
All you have to do is the 500 words not the reply for 250 words, and follow the instructions (MAKE SURE TO WRITE IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS). By the way, the book that you can find the chapter 29 is “Understand the American Promise” second edition (volume II – From 1865) by Roark, Johnson, Cohen, Stage and Hartmann.
