For the Articulation of Response for Task 1, think of the assignment as having three distinct parts. For each of these three parts, ensure the message is clear, your responses are well organized, and that there are no grammatical errors. Prior to developing your multimedia presentation, it is important that you spend time PLANNING the message. At a minimum, Chapter 4 in your e-text should guide your thought process when preparing how to introduce the product to the employees.

A tip … last impressions count! All too often we start off a presentation strong, however, we rush through the conclusion. Your conclusion should be well thought out and leave a powerful and positive last impression.
