Research and Review of Comparator Group Companies for the business Use the SEC Form DEF14A Annual Proxy Statement to identify the company’s comparator group. It is recommended that the Investor Relations Web sites for the cmparator companies be reviewed; as well as their most recent SEC Form DEF14A, Proxy Statement, focusing on Compensation Philosophy, Executive Compensation, the Report of the Compensation Committee, and compensation plans up for vote or ratification by shareholders, if any.

The Report

Prepare a professionally written report in full APA format (APA Publication Manual 6th ed.) assessing the overall comparator group’s human resources posture, suitable for presentation to the senior executives of the company. Your report should present your assessment of the human resources areas listed below; each of the nine areas should represent a section within the body of the report. The body of the report should be 8–10 pages excluding title, abstract, references page(s), and any appendices. References must include an Internet link to the reference used; and there must be corresponding APA formatted in-text citations in the body of the report. Do not allow more than 20% of the paper to be quoted or copied from sources; originally needs to be a priority.
